Passenger Relations Officers
Full Time Positions
For Native Japanese and Koreans:
Basic Salary + very attractive monthly bonus, incentives and allowances.

For Locals: Basic Salary from S$1600 to S$1800 + very attractive monthly bonus, incentives and allowances.

Part Time Positions
Work only 5 hours per shift. Hourly rate + very attractive monthly bonus, incentives and allowances.

Requirements:
- Customer Service/F&B/Retail experience advantageous
- Able to communicate well with good interpersonal skills
- Able to handle demanding passengers
- Good service attitude
- AM & PM rotating shifts. Able to work on weekends
- 2 yrs contract with bonus & good benefits (renewable)
- All ex-cabin crew/hospitality staff are welcome to apply
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service for Premium Passengers
- Handle check-in processes and enquiries
- Coordinate between passengers and airline providers
- Interact with passengers during their check-ins
- Perform general administrative work
