Hard for Rejection

When u don't know how to reject people, u ended up with more work!


THAT is my case now...


so tiring, have to rush through everything like tonight...


for example, one of my teammates called me yesterday night and told me that she was overloaded with works on another project. so she would like me to swop with her the work. that one she volunteered was conclusion which require more reading and understanding while my work is juz facilitation of the class activity. More or Less one slide can finish de. but i swop with her means that i have to do a lot more lah...


i mean she juz called me even though we still have another 3 team mates means that i have to swop with her le. Couldn't reject her anyway. Everyone take it for granted that i would be their secretary for the meeting. so i have to write, type and send the details to everyone. haiz... being kapo lah... who call me did it for the 1st time. respectively i have to auto do this kind of things.



When u do things with your intiative, they take it for granted that u would do it.

For example, in another group meeting, i will usually prepare a bit of the materials beforehand so that we will not be caught totally offguard and do nothing u see. So to them it is so called efficient on my part yet i have to complete almost everything. like i only source the information out half way through, while they did not prepare at all. i show them the structure i have done and some of the content. then some parts i lazy to complete coz i thought it was group project and discussion, they take it for granted that i have finished the entire thing. haiyo... ultra tired... like doing more than my portion of work. Like every project some one is throwing me extra work. first i have to go find surveyors, compile the data, then now i have to write up the whole draft report. then u guys add on abit then i re-edit it again then send back again. oh gosh...



i still have 2 mid-term test and 2 individual paper to prepare wor... y am i in this shit leh? n i haven even started on my studying and papers.

Nagging all the way coz i can't finish it tonight!!!!!!!!! meeting tml 10am...
