SPORTS Week - MAY 08 Edition

hehe... back to a mini update for the week. Let me Recap some SPoRts that i have participated.

KICK BOxinG- Wednesday( but dunno y after the session, whole body is aching like crazy. )

Riding a magnetic bike like those exercise equipment - 5km on thurs, 1km on fri, 5km on sat, close to 10km on sun-today( hmm.. the equipment is sort of my birthday present, so gona continue my new routine. hehe...)

TeNNiS in NUS- fri we(cheong, me, aman n andrew) play a few hours of tennis under the afternoon sun. it is rather weird to be in school playing sports at this period of time. coz it is still exam period for some of the student cohort. i think we met some weird stares. Haha... anyway it was quite okie, since i didn't really play much. coz my leg turn rather wobbly from previous day de exercise... hehe... so andrew run all the way loh...hehe...

TAbLe TeNNiS at clementi sports hall- continuing our sports day activity from school. from Tennis to Table tennis. haha... play for abt an hour of indoor table tennis. but i can say i sweat more playing table tennis lah... which i think it is more productive for me. hehe...

VOllEyBall at sentosa- sort of back to normal regime or activity schedule. buttttt..... i guess i have took too long a break n not play volleyball... i felt very stiff playing volleyball, on top of that my whole body simply is not listening to me, so much slower than usual. as all ppl may know, i am already quite slow le. so u can think yourself that i might be moving as slow as a tortorise. haha... too tired. dunno y... but juz take a break for while....

heeheee. next time shld include more sports to my new sports week. hehe...
