My team discussion on wednesday night... some snapshot while having one of our meeting.. i am the crazy person who is frantically doing nothing, so took some photo with my handphone.. wahaha.. we doing some voice recording for our video.. see everyone is quite serious with their work...

Went sentosa on saturday as usual... then me and huiyee went kim gary for dinner after that... at 1st thought of taking the pictures of the food.. but when the food came.. simply too hungry then forgot to take.. hahha... then both of us was so bloated after our meal lah...

aniway since sat was a public holiday... there was simply too much india group of ppl ard sentosa that day... can be really scary lah... all of a sudden the rest of us became the backdrop of the beach of their photograph... hahah....

Even when we went back taking 61 bus, it was somehow filled with indian... okie i shld get use to it... anyway, i think the next time, wun have that much ppl liao ... hahah... shld take more volleyball photo nxt time.. i keep on forgetting abt it... maybe is go too often le, that is y everytime would forget.

Today : saturday 6 OCT 07

went out to study with carol... hmm... the weather was simply too terrible.. it was bloody hot lah.. we were like sweating here and there... even in burger king.. the air con wasn't strong at all... idiot weather...

At first, we planned to study at burger king. But then, after our meal we decide to move to a colder place to study... so we went to coffee bean lah...

After our revision until 7pm, we went for dinner at the hawker. Then went back to my jia to collect certain notes and such.... then it was when hui yee called me excitedly abt the eco friendly tote bag... quite big lah and selling at $9.90 each... i was like there are wat design... dunno how to ask her buy... so i make a crazy decision to go down with carol to taka at 8.30pm to buy the bag... hahaa... Lin SIHUI tends to do crazy things at times... ask everyone ard me... hahah....

Anyway upon reaching the place, saw the place was crowded and filled with bikinis and swimwear sale... so me and carol went to choose my bag first, then quickly went over to try clothing... it was rather an eventful short shopping trip... Thanks to buddy carol who can accompany me an within the short notice... hahah....

All pimples are sprouting out on the semi dark face.. Haiz...


But I am happy that i can enjoy playing volleyball lah... but not really the hot, humid and nasty weather. i still prefer last time de cloudy yet comfortable weather... although no sun, weather was so relazing... and in that way, time passes very fast!!!

Anyway, life had been rather sian and routine. But i am contented with wat i have right now. A lot of friend are very busy with their projects and upcoming common test while i only have 1 common test coming along. I am also not plague with tons of problems. yet i can foresee i will have a lot of last minute project work to rush in the future. Since i have not arrange another 2 meeting with my other module teammates.I strongly feel that we are behind schedule. But no one seems to be making the move to initiate a meeting.

Or rather should be the one again to initiate leh??? haiz... weird to be always the one to request...

Anyway, i am back to my black black face ( due to the overwhelming weather with our sentosa trip) i want to turn slightly whiter bah... else i think i look a bit like malay... hahah....

Oh today, i make the big accomplishment of walking home from NUS the 6th time... hahah... seems quite frequent le... but i treat it as an exercise... Dun laugh at me kkz...

On wednesday, i went to meet hui yee @ commonwealth mrt to go causeway point... we happen to notice a angmo that did not wear shoe or even slipper standing barefooted on the train. IT's Peak hour OK... neber wear shoe not scare other ppl might step on him meh?

juz finding it weird how can this person walk barefooted on train station. maybe is his personal preferences... alright is okie... then when we finished our shopping and walking ard. While we took the train back home, we saw a china guy sitting barefooted oppoiste us.... Actually both iccident was noticed by hui yee 1st... then i was like oh my god... R we seeing stuff... is there any carnival or festival for ppl not wearing shoe and walking barefooted ard...

then we will like spectuculating how can we associate the ang mo and the china guy together. hahah... juz plain gossiping...

alright 2 days later when i was walking along the singapore river with carol and xinyi, i saw this ang mo lady walking barefooted too.. wat a coincident... hahah...

Had been sun tanning every weekend recently. so happy that my life has turn towards a rather more happening style thanks to my beach volleyball kaki...

Today i went back to nus to do a video tape for my management n organisation project. storyline is a bit simple, might be a bit bored. but i like the feel of working together as a team. Thanks for everyone for so participative in the activity. thus we are able to finish the session rather fast despite the rain that has interrupted our video-ing ...

Besides that , I finally make a call to kumon a teaching center to apply for job. now is like waiting for them to return call if i am applicable. hope that i can work lah... then can at least have some spare cash... everyone hope the best for me kkz...

today is the 1st time i have printed 250 over notes in school library which cost about close to $10 of nation building readings... ahhh.... a rather huge stack to read lah.. and half of it is supposed to be finished reading by tml. coz i am having a essay test tml evening. haiz.. me too last minute le. even though i did not mean to score well for this module lah.. i was just hoping for a pass.

headache to write essay. in fact i hate to write essay what go does it do when we are working. it would be better that the school teaches us how to write business report and relevant criteria report that are applicable in working environment.

anyway... came online to write some crap... before going to mug for the details.

Saturday 7th sept 2007

went to NUS skool for a inter-cultural experience for MNO BaFA BAFa experience. Hmm... i guess it is sort of a ice breaker type of game. We had been divided into 2 groups in 2 different rooms as different culture. We are the BETAs!!! wahaha... speaking foreign language "WaSoHoSo".... sry to those new found frenz that i can speak to u. i might be a bit rude... in a way that our rulez state that we are not suppose to speak english, we could only converse with our bafa bafa language or hand gesture. which i dun believe a lot of u understand what we are doing. or rather easily said it is plain stupid but did have our 2 hour some interaction time. i believe i come to playing i might be a bit crazy in my brain. tend to be hyper active and dumb in doing my stupid decision. anyway, it was juz a game, i went ard to play foolishly.

After that, took a trip down to vivo and sentosa.
OUR usual sentosa volleyball trip excursion... then saw veron... this gal, went overseas to study juz came back for vacation. haiyo.. thought that she would be bai bai de... but when i saw her, i was quite stunned lah... it is the same veron at secondary school time ah... black black de wor... hahah... i might have a look a bit sian and tired at first coz haven warm up yet. so tends to be very lazy. it was went i start to feel the hang of playing, then i became to wake up from my stoning and sleeping that i play better at court. it was fun.. i somehow like the feel of winning and having fun with bunch of frenz... heheh... hope that we could go back as often... before i am growing too old to play anymore. wahahah...

haiz... have to brainstorm my brain to think of ideas for my project... any one have any bed time stories on topic of leading changes for leadership... haiyo... weird topic... hard to find leh... Help!!! scratching my head and pulling many strands of my hair cell out. wahahah...

Alright my anger was rather appeased somehow with my team mate le. today we did meet up for the next tutorial. when we saw each other, he pretend or look normal without mentioning the conflict that we have. so i oso treat it as nothing happen. would not like to stir up too much trouble, since we are going to do video project out together. it is always better to cooperate.


haiz... now is like rather puzzling what to take as major and minor for my studies.

alright met this interesting bus uncle today morning.

i can say it is always quite common for student to run and rush to take the 95 bus. coz once u missed the bus, u gona wait for quite some time. thus generally we would chase for the bus, this cute uncle reminds the students loudly not to run repeatedly even though we are already all on the bus seated le.

Then along to the road to campus, like every station he would mention the station before everyone alights. which reminds me of the sentosa beach tram or bus ride services where they let everyone know which station they are alighting. A new kind of customer service experience. Can't say that i dun like it, juz finding it quite unusual and delightful at times.

sometimes we have to appreciate whatever every individual could do for us. Even a simple greeting it touches my soul that the uncle is doing something extra.

Better customer service in Singapore already! Individual plays a part...

In a group, needs a leader. i understand. but why are u so bossy. u take the leadership to states things down. GD! i applause and thank you for your effort.

But the problem is, the simple task of sending contacts through email was actually done long time ago on that exact date that i promise to do. I send it out on tuesday. Perhaps u might have seen the information or might have overlook the details through the circular in your msn email address that i sent, you mention on your thursday reply email through NUS email that u have not received the contacts. and asking rather "politely" for the person who holds the contact list to asap inform everyone the contact. obviously that person who somehow drags everyone's schedule is ME lah... wat a joke right?


Anyway, out of anger i might have sound harsh in my return email. THIS IS CALLED INTERNAL CONFLICT of an ORGANISATION. Disagreement in ways of not understanding each other's way of doing things. CALL me a petty person, i hack... juz feeling a bit unhappy with this small matter.

But i will endure for this one semester. Eventually i realise my attitude might be a wrong way of solving problems. i always avoid difficulties.

Then was wondering when can i learn to be better?

i guess life wasn't that smooth afterall. my new ex-colleague during this summer vacation jasmine called me last night and we had a rather sad conversation lah... back then when i was having this holiday temp job for one month, the experience there was rather a boring yet easy life i might say.

but according to dear jasmine (the person who took after me n become the admin assistant), the jobscope is turning horrible. she has already accumulated 3 A4 boxes of documents for filing. aside from that, she oso hold responsibilities that is outside her duties(or rather shld be the manager and senior executive task.) coz as i remember, the AA's task is juz to stay in office and mend to documentation side and normal data entry and such bah... yet she still have to run up and down to settle other ppl's task.

coz most of the time, the dear manager is not ard to assist the clients. haiz.. felt quite pitiful for her. coz now only 2 months plus, still have to struggle on. then dear senior executive leaving his post soon. so office only left 2 ppl. where can cope??? will die de loh... last time when i was back there, the senior executive actually help me alot. Most of the time, i really delegate the duties back to the boss. but she told me the "ta chi exercise is ultra prominent in the office". at the end of the day, she still has to bear the scolding and additional workload.

but really hard to compare to mine...

but to my dear friend who is working there as full time staff, she have to tolerate whatever nonsence that the client might complained abt and watever weird stuff that comes about lah...

the environment wasn't the best already... so my suggestion to her was either to change department or either change company. since she is suffering as much, fearing to go job and having insomnia juz because she wasn't happy in the environment. i can dare say it is a very quiet and lonely environment there. u won't usually talk to anyone, unless they come in for that short moment. which is sad lah, coz working environment, is sometimes a place where u meet ppl and understand society changes...

reflecting from her incident, i realised i am infact fortunate at my time that i did not have huge problem afterall it is only one and a half month. hmm... yet i understand her feeling, coz when u really hate that place and really been stress and tied by that job. it can be a sense of helplessness. Yet changing of another new environment or working the way out with the problem could only be the either way to solve many complex feeling in your brain. JASMINE jie, JIAYOU...

hehe.. back from skool juz now..wasn't feeling well today. down with my favourite sickness once again.. flu... yupe. so i only attend 1 lesson and came home le... alright shall go rest and take more rest...

hehe... brother out for outward bound school for 5 days. so i get to use it till friday without any future nagging.. wahahah...

i must admit that i was eyeing for this phone for quite some time. juz that i could not agree with the price afterall. so at this particular price of $188 i bought it at Funan IT mall with carol... thank you once again to accompany me to buy phone....hehe.. coz i have make a lot of empty trips down to starhub with carol. juz that this time was a confirmed one.. hehehe!!! Final decision this time...

oh... another things... PLS dun COme to MY HSe this period. coz... MY hse is filled with virus.... 1st stage is flu, 2nd stage is headache, 3rd stage is sore throat, 4th stage is cough... all 4 of us is sick at the moment... all at different stages of sickness... bare in mind, i am the last person who gotten to get sick wor.. lihai bah... nothing to be proud of actually... paisei le...

I am fine le... really... life passed rather routinely now... although sometimes the money doesnt tally.. but i got great working team who really dotes and helps me... like today, my money could not balance up... Thank you emily and jenny, the 2 dearest auntie who sits beside me; assists and guide me so much in organising... i had been ultra messy lah... that is the reason y i could not balance it at a instant.. hehe... paisei lah... oh not to forget the dearie 3 ladies... yan qin, lui ping and xue hui for helping me consistently and of course lending me the support... yeah, most imptly SUSAN my supervisor who is always patient to help out no matter how angry she is... cute ah... 1st day only, i already create a disaster for her. but it was solved after all... hehe

okie, aside from thanking all of them... i would to say something abt the matric fair at NUS... seen quite a number of fairsians during the fair... but seems like a lot of them dun recognised me or act like dunno me bah... okie... first of all, bryan zhao; he juz beside my counter lah... okie loh... think he oso can' t rmb, so i oso act dunno loh.. heheh... how typical i am.. wahaha...
then seen a lot of shuai ge too leh... the angmo that goes to my colleague's counter very handsome leh... i think he is an exchange student! Heng, he neber come my counter, otherwise i shy wor.... hehehe...

alright that is for all now... Weekend coming...HOORAY!!! I want my sleep... had been waking up at 6am daily in the morning... panda eye is getting serious business... oh i dunno is becoz i touch too much cash then touch my face or wat.... my face not have a lot of red spots or rather some thing poping out like pimple... weird leh...

Update of the 1st day of matric fair...

feeling totally lousy is the final word i can express my current feeling...

okie 1st i would like to apologise to those who i have serve or rather collected payment from u. i might have missed out some impt info here and there for u. so yah... THe NUS newbie undergraduate.. i am SORRY...

nxt i would like to apologise to my supervisor susan and all the team members of my group... i wasted everyone's time and effort. coz my sum of value doesn't tally at all. due to my carelessness. the value was bought forward from last week(which shld be like that, if i have complete the necessary steps) feeling ultra guilty out of it men... they have to OT until so late to help me...

okie, another thing that dampers my mood was that there was some problem with my online biddding... it was like giving this headache and clouds of worry... coupled with my work problem... i have flying towards the breakdown limit...

alright i think the problem has been solved somehow or other. N life still goes on... i will try to preserve... ONe of colleague ask me this question: will u be MIA(Missing in action) tml. i told her no... it is not always right to escape... So i decide to be/act brave... face watever that is ahead...

let me briefly update my working days in NUS for this current week

hmm... i can say it is quite boring throughout the training days but it would serve the purpose well for the matri fair nonetheless... i had spend abt one week of training or rather frankly speaking, sitting ard and talking to new found friends.

MOnday 30July would be my actual working day le... i think i might panic but i rest my hope that everything would go well and easy... i will collect cash rather slowly... so no hurry!!! any error means pay will be all gone. Yupe, so there it goes, money is not easy to be earned...

over the weekend will be going to sentosa to chill ard... but with the current weather i think we all might really feel the cold chill there instead of the sunny beautiful weather. it had been raining recently...haiz... feeling really lethargic...

kkz...shall update once again... shld see some shuai ge during the matric fair... wahahaha... JIAYOU SIHUI... endure over this season n then i would be able to at least pocket filled. then start another study war... hehe

training today at NUS... hmm... i am quite a loner there... but alright lah... can start to pick up as it goes... hehe... hmm... being to the briefing talks that they invited the vendors of notebook now to let us know the information... quite interesting wor... anyone of close fren need notebook and wan to buy i can lent u my id to purchase the notebook oh.. hehe... haven really seen the actual model. but on friday, i think i can see it then... hehe

hmm... since it is training so i think the timing is rather flexible. we get to go off early today at ard 12.30. then for tml we can slack a bit and attend the talk at 1.30pm.. woohoo... can slp late... gd hor... heheh.... i guess might see familar face at the matri fair bah... hehe,,, come look for me if u r free, i will be station at the cashier counter... hahah...

met up with carol to skool library for the afternoon to look for her skool research. then proceed on to JP to see see my potential handphone. Had a full lunch(pizza HUt) ordered a lot of stuff for juz the 2 of us... whahaha... with a satisfied stomach we juz stroll ard the place loh... wanted to see how much is my phone. MY 2 year contract is going to end soon.. heeheee.. so, i am out searching.. at first thought of getting the plastic phone nokia5700... then realise it wasn't in my budget range. so yah... i think i might settle back with nokia 6288... i know u ppl will ask me y not sony ericsson phone or blah blah... coz i am a IT idoit.. i need nokia de "USER FRIENDLY"... heheh... i was very much on the verge to buying the phone lah... but last min, the person told me that i still have to wait for another 5 days- 7 days, else i have to pay additional $100. which is abviously not worth it right. yupe i gona wait!!! muz tahan... then when we was going home, received a call from may, her group of kaki is out to chill at holland again... invited me to go now... thanks for the invitation... but me a bit tired le leh... dun no y recently, i wake up super early ard 9am while i slpt at 3am in the morning too. STUPID BAH.. aniway paisei, didnt go down...

Went out to meet up with my shifu(JUNE) and shi jie(Yvonne) and their ex-colleague... they are my super nice colleague back then in my attachment company... heehee.. they taught me lots of things abt the trade... yupe.. we went to tian tian steamboat.. haiz... wat a pity that their food is very limited and the food not very attactive as said in the advertisement. rather go somewhere else... neber mind lah... they had this gossip session where i sit and listen... nice nice qian bei men... whahahaa...

went shopping at supermarket sheng siong... spend close to $70 at the supermarket lah... like dun need money like that ... took a very packed basket of items.. heehee.. then later part of the day huiyee drop by to moi jia to watch movie... "men tu" drug show lah... thought that it could oso semi classified it as ghost show lah... the female lead looks kinda scarey lah... is those ppl that take drug look so pale and scarey??? gu tian le oso turned up like a modern vampire with the ultra dark wrinkles... haiz... aniway copy a few show from hui yee...heheh... keep me entertained for quite a while... thank u

met up with sumei, xiu hui, jennifer jiejie for ktv session together with jen's husband and her 2 fren....whaaha.... actually she is doing some match making session for xiu hui.. so cute lah...wahahah... anyway... the ktv was cheap lah... but the condition of the place is not very gd to have juz a few gals to go de... it is called Dynastic classic ktv... u know that type of old old ktv n have those china lady appearing on your screen de... like mamasan that type... eye opener for me leh... everyroom there is a strip of glass panel outside. where can look through de lah... but they happily stick the "pls do not peep into the room".... haha... wat was it for... i ask the jiejie men. they say night time, some of them will start their business there ah... wahaha... anyway, the selection of songs there is quite limited. They have 3 LCD tv screens but the screen is kinda small... so i have to strained my eyes to view it. but hor the rate there is like afternoon till 5pm is $5 per hour per room lah.. then 6pm to midnight is like $10 per hour per room lah... then the drinks is going at $5 per cup... but i am not really recommending it lah. IN total that day, i only spend $9 for the ktv session. CHEAP than outside but i dun really like the environment.

yewhooo... busy with PVP... nice event...wahaha... get to play although, i received a swollen and blue black finger... it was fun lah... we get to play with the junior and such...as compare to last year i was quite happy... anyway we won the competition and earned ourselves Amici(italian restuarant at holland) and hagen diaz voucher... food not bad... i think within this 2 days i spend a lot cash lah... recently had been out shopping or rather out eating very often... i spend cash like flowing water... still not sure where all the cash had gone to... i think properly into my stomach or my entertainment bah...

yupe.. here is some photos that i am going to put up... sry rachel, i didn't get to put up a lot of photo of pvp.. although i did bring my camera, but i seems weird bringing a camera to walk ard... so i forgo the idea... juz a group volleyball photo. guess have to wait for derrick the professional photographer for the event to upload the pictures up onto the pvp website... which i think it might take up to ages for ppl to update it.. heheh....

Disconnected for 4 days... finally back to use the com... feeling so much fortunate... wahahah...

anyway during the 4 days i had been spying in Raffles city at the taxi stand... counting numerous taxi and passengers.Seen a lot of weird or rather funny things throughout the experience...

-1st day- friday
we met this exercise "airy" uncle... this uncle will do his morning exercise then will take off his shoe the air it at the seat near us... and he does it without fail. he will sit at the pavillion there and rest for abt 1 hour or so then leave the place. but as usual me and amanda are there for abt 10 hours. so we find it funny. weather had been breezy and nice throughout... not really hard on the 1st day... coz everything seems fresh.. so it wasn't too hard to pass time... oh... thank you may and huiyee for coming down to pei us... and oso may for bringing down dinner for us.. really appreciated it coz our eating break starts at 2pm-4pm then later no dinner break le. so we are fortunate to have ppl bring down or help us buy food

-2nd day-Saturday
At the same location, they have this booth thingy that i think promotes healthy living for the health board. something like "velocity" but the response look rather cold... they have the female soccer team there and the singapore frisbee team there and not to forgot the hockey team...

we felt endanger at the zone we are at... coz they will playing frisbee right in front of us. and like at anytime, we could be hit ah... and mind u the things is not been throw lightly hor... so the impact can be quite hard kkz. but seen quite a lot of stunts. hehe... then at night met amanda's bf... it was nice for him to come down n pei amanda and he help us buy food... then when both of them went to buy food. i saw the fireworks loh... interesting, coz on sat it was the rehearsal for national day.. cool sia.. it was beautiful even though it was for a short span of time... aside from that i was having tremenously flu.. using up close to 6 packets of tissue. oh. not to leave out that the person from LTA did came to spot check on us. it was ard 9 plus pm lah.. and by that time we handphone die out on me. lucky he called amanda else we would be both declared not there for work... heng loh

-3rd day- Sunday
feeling super lethargic.... tired to till the top... my eyes are not opening... but i have to make it down to work anyway... traffic are even slower on sunday we totally no ppl, time passes even much slower, i am missing my bed and computer. haiz... for the money no choice... i was blowing my nose like no one biz,,, or rather i was accumulating all of my flu virus up... i didnt have dinner that night. was juz happily drinking my choc mint freeze,... hehe, n it could be filling de hor... nice but everyday a cup can be quite ex (it cost $6.30 for a large one)... haiz.. but nice to drink... then ended my day more or less earlier lah... coz wasn't feeling well

-4th day- Monday
my last day... although i am still having flu, but the mood totally changed le... i was feeling more relazed as the day goes by... wahah... can't put everything into words right now... shall update again...

coz i have to prepare myself and go down to hand in the survey form soon.

yupe aside from all this, i am happy and relieved that eliz is ready to meet fren again le... previously was a bit worry. at least now it is okie liao... see everyone soon

FOUND another job to station at taxi stand to monitor number of taxi... might be bored.

But at least i am one step nearer to my new handphone... wahaha.... 4 days of $250.

BORING LIFE


HMm... being slacking at home. alright, gotten a job assignment from 23rd july(my dad's birthday) as cashier for notebook sale in NUS. the person who assigned me the job is dear Mabel... my secondary volleyball senior..



Actually on the phone, i was already guessing it might be her. since her name and voice sounds familar. yupe and there she is in that office. hahah... what a coincidence to meet frenz ard the world.
